A back exercise habit you can keep
Rebuild is an iPhone app for people who want to practice hip and core exercises consistently. It guides each session, counts your reps, records your progress, and gives you a community to show up with.
A voice coach calls out the exercise, side, set, and rest period so you do not have to keep watching the screen.
Hold your iPhone for standing moves, or set it on the floor and the camera counts floor exercises. Both happen on the device; camera frames are never recorded or uploaded.
Sessions, active days, points, and weekly reflections give you a simple record of whether you are showing up.
The Buddies board lets signed-in members share sessions, leave encouragement, and see people working through similar back-pain routines.
Guidance for the moments when motivation is low
Knowing an exercise is different from doing it regularly. Rebuild reduces the small decisions that make a routine easy to postpone: what comes next, which side to use, how many reps remain, and when the session is finished.
You can use the exercise and progress features without an account. Sign in with Apple only if you want the community features and synced history.
Designed around consistency
Rebuild treats completion as the useful signal. The timeline shows your sessions over time, while weekly reflections let you record whether your back feels better, the same, or worse. The app does not turn one difficult day into a diagnosis or a promise about recovery.
Privacy by default
Motion and camera processing stay on your iPhone, and camera frames are never recorded or uploaded. Rebuild does not request location, contacts, HealthKit records, or advertising identifiers. If you join the Buddies board, the profile and activity you choose to share are stored so other signed-in members can see them. Read the full privacy policy.
